Services

We prioritize each individual’s mental and emotional well-being by providing personalized, compassionate care. Our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients of all ages—children, teens, and adults—feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions.

We work with children through developmentally appropriate, engaging approaches, while also supporting adults in a caring and collaborative manner that fosters insight, healing, and growth.

In partnership with families, we focus on building resilience, strengthening coping skills, and empowering each individual to navigate challenges and thrive.

Treatments

Play-based psychotherapy allows children to express their thoughts and emotions in a natural, developmentally appropriate way. Through play, children can safely explore their feelings, work through challenges, and develop healthy coping skills. This approach also fosters a strong, trusting relationship between the child and therapist, creating a supportive environment that encourages healing, growth, and positive emotional development.

In addition to play therapy, we offer a range of therapeutic services for teens and adults, tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. Our clinicians utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches, including trauma-informed therapy and cognitive behavior therapy, to support clients in processing experiences, building resilience, and achieving meaningful, lasting change.
